We have just returned home after 21 fun filled days back in the good ole U.S.A.
Stop #1 was one of our all time favorite cities: Boston.
We flew into Boston on the 5th and our good friend, Amber, was there to welcome us. We were thrilled Amber met us for the East Coast leg of our trip.
Saturday morning began bright and early with a tour of Fenway Park
The view from on top of the Green Monster
Lunch at The Black Rose, one Boston's famous Irish pubs
After lunch, we strolled down The Freedom Trail. Here is the Old South Meeting House
The Frog Pond in Boston Common
Make way for ducklings!
I didn't know the Red Coats were still marching through the streets of Boston...
A day in Boston would not be complete without a Duck Tour. Camden fell asleep soon after we took off, but the rest of us enjoyed seeing some more sites in Boston. Here's a quick glimpse of the George Washington statue in Boston Common. He is proudly sporting a Boston Bruins jersey.
Once we were out on the Charles River, the kids got a chance to drive. As you can see, Emma needs to work on her focused driving skills. :)
Camden woke up from his nap in time for his turn and he LOVED it!
