After being stuck in the house for the past two days, the Kasparek kiddos were in desperate need of some outside fun! With Chris working and getting in an 18 mile run, we set off for the trail so I could get in a few miles myself. I haven't ran with both kids since last summer and ufdah, they were heavy today! Here they are at the end of the trail.
During the run, Emma said that this was a perfect day for a picnic at the park, and I couldn't have agreed more!
