I'm sure Chris will go into more detail on his running blog, but the condensed version is that Chris has a nasty inflammation of his bursa joint in his knee. Joking around with him (all in love of course!) I asked him what would hurt more: me punching his knee right now or me punching his shoulder right after his surgery. Answer: knee!
It is a beautiful afternoon here in Washington, but what are my kids doing? Keeping Daddy company watching a Star Wars Marathon on TV. I must admit that it was pretty cute when Emma saw Yoda and said, "Hey! I was that thing for Halloween!" (Gosh I'm glad she has the Seaward memory!)
Too bad extra love and attention from Nurse Emma doesn't immediately cure Bursitis!
