On Tuesday after school, the athletic director (a dear friend of mine) called and asked if I would be willing to fill in as the Ladies Soccer DODEA Sponsor/Coach with Chris joining me. After a 3 days of practice with a group of incredible young women, I made my coaching debut! In complete transparency, my knowledge of soccer did not exist until the kids started playing youth sports soccer #offsides. Chris is a PRO at coaching soccer and I am following his lead. We had a 5-0 victory over AOSR! Thank you to Zach, for taking so many great pictures during the game!
The Wildcats had a busy weekend at Carney Park! Bahrain, Rota, and Aviano came for soccer. Sigonella and Aviano came for baseball. The weather was awful on Friday! I caught up with Emma before her game and snapped a picture.
A Hat Trick for Emma in their victory against Rota!
The sun came out Saturday morning :)
So happy to have a reunion with Jill! She's now living in Bahrain.
Ron, Zach, and Mel cheered on Camden. Chris was holding down the fort at the Outdoor Rec Center so anytime he got a phone call, he zipped off in his golf cart to help a customer.

Coach B was a super fan cheering on all of her volleyball players on 3 different fields
Emma and Thomas played MWR soccer together when they were in 1st grade! Now they share #11 on their high school teams.
