9 Years Since We Said, "I Do"...

In June of 2000 I thought I was headed to Italy for another great summer of Camp Adventure fun.  Little did I know, I'd meet a guy and fall in love. 

Here is our first picture together... 

 6 months later Chris proposed and on April 6, 2002, we became husband and wife....

On our 4 year anniversary, we celebrated our Marriage Blessing with our friends in Japan...

9 years, 2 kids, 3 (almost 4) homes, and 2 (almost 3) continents later...

Here's to 70 more years of love and laughs!

Season Opener

IT'S T-BALL SEASON! 

Emma's first game was this evening and she did great!  Most of the kids she played with last year returned to the Mariners.

Quality Time With Daddy

Chris is flying to Iowa tonight, so we are getting in every moment of quality time we can with him!

Kids' Camp Deployment

For the 4th year, Chris has played a key roll organizing Naval Base Kitsap's Kids' Camp Deployment day during spring break.  This year 231 kids (including Miss Emma Louise Kasparek) enjoyed a day of fun at Island Lake Camp.

It's Spring Break!  Today we had planned a trip to the zoo, but Mother Nature moved us indoors.  We joined the Bugenigs at the Hands on Children's Museum in Olympia.

Arrivederci Chris

The party is still going on, but we've had a wonderful time as a final farewell to Chris before he leaves next week.  Words cannot express how much we will miss him!!!!
