Life Lately: September 2023 Edition

So long September! Here are a few highlights from the month...

Labor Day Weekend was the perfect time for a day in Casertavecchia.

And just like that...Emma Louise is off to college.

Chris and Emma flew from Rome to Dublin to Chicago on the 17th.   

As soon as they landed in Chicago on Sunday evening, they picked up the Jeep, and headed to Olivet for a reunion of epic proportions with the Naples Alumni!  

Oh Kennedy, we miss you! 

Night #2 stop was Detroit Lakes, Minnesota to see Amber and family

They were on a mission to make it to Corvallis on Wednesday night and drove over 850 miles to make it happen! Thursday was a busy day of getting Emma a stateside phone number and buying the rest of the necessities for her dorm.

Emma's scheduled time to move in was 10:00 Friday morning.  The 4 crates we mailed to Eric and Kyra's house made it safe and sound a few days earlier.

Friday Night Lights at Vicenza

Camden and the Naples Wildcats got to have their first Friday Night Lights experience in Vicenza.  Tara and I road tripped north on Friday. The Naples cheering section was AMAZING!
