Mud Run

This morning was MWR's annual Mud Run.  Emma and Camden participated in the 2K event and LOVED it!

The starting line was the goal post in the background.  Here's a great pic of both kids coming out of the first mud pit (with a big crowd of people following them)

 Camden was mesmerized by the other runners finishing, but the sand and mud on his face are priceless!

Our friend, Ron Zimmermann, celebrated his birthday last weekend. He humored his wife and her friends by agreeing to a theme birthday party. Since Ron is an avid golfer, the theme was pretty obvious...

Camp Adventure Dessertfest 2014

You know the summer is winding down when it's time for Camp Adventure Dessertfest.  The Winter Wonderland theme was a great  way to keep our minds off the summer heat that evening.

Emma's group did a reader's theater performance of The Polar Express. She did a wonderful job acting out the part of the narrator.

Camden's group danced to the Sid Shuffle

Sports Club! Camden showed off his punting skills so well, he kicked the football on top of the stage! He was too quick for me to snap a picture of him.
