Winter Solstice Game Night

The beginning of Winter Break called for a low key game night with some friends.  Food, wine, and laughs made the longest night of the year a ton of fun.

Soccer Season Finale

Today was the end of the Hawkeyes soccer season.  They played 4 different teams in a tournament this morning.

Base Tree Lighting Ceremony 2013

NSA Naples kicked off the holiday season with its annual Tree Lighting Ceremony on Thursday.

 The crowd moved over to the "main street" when it was time for the lights to turn on. The Navy Band Brass Quintet must of been comedians, too - I was thrilled to capture Chris' laugh ;)

Deck The Halls 2013 Edition

The Kasparek casa is looking very festive!  We spent Sunday afternoon decorating for the holidays.

Gingerbread House Before Adios!

Saturday morning, the kids joined forces to build a gingerbread house.  Frosty and Angel (the Elves on the Shelf) tried putting it together Friday night, but they got stuck under the sides of the house. :)
