Camden Turns 6 in Prague

The Kasparek birthday donut breakfast in bed tradition continued in Prague. Camden enjoyed a Czech pastry instead of a sprinkled covered donut. :)

Kaspareks in Prague

Bright and early the morning after the Springsteen concert, we boarded a plane to Prague. Chris has always said Prague is one of his all time favorite cities and we stayed at the same pension he stayed in 16 years ago.

We took an afternoon walking tour around the city. Looking up was my favorite thing to do.  The unique architecture of every building amazed me.

The famous astronomical clock
 Saint Wenceslaus Square
 Powder Tower
Guess who is a little tired of walking?
We were on the lookout for other Kaspareks in the Czech Republic.  This cafe caught Chris' eye. :)
I loved hearing people pronounce our name "the right way"

The Boss

Last fall we found out that Bruce Springsteen was coming to Naples on May 23 and immediately got tickets. After living in Naples for nearly two years, it was The Boss who brought us downtown for the first time.
Here's part of the gang walking by Castel Nuovo.

America's Armed Forces Kids Run 2013

In honor of Armed Forces Day, CYP hosted a Kids Run at the Support Site.  Before baseball on the 18th, Emma and Camden ran a mile around base.

Look at that speed and form!

Pontifical North American College

Our trip to Rome would not have been possible without the help from our friends at the Pontifical North American College in Rome.  Deacon (now Father) Mike got our special tickets for the Papal Audience and Seminarian Mark helped us with our accommodations, parking, and hosted us for lunch.
The best views of Rome are from the roof of the NAC.

Lunch in the beautiful hall
Check out my view of St. Peter's Basilica during lunch!
After lunch we had a tour of the NAC.
